Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, cancellations due to change of mind are not accepted.

Please carefully review your order, product selection, specifications, colour, size and delivery details before completing your purchase.

EvoVolt does not provide refunds, credits or exchanges where a customer requests cancellation because they:

• Have changed their mind
• No longer want the product
• Have found a cheaper product elsewhere
• Ordered the wrong product
• Ordered the wrong specification, size or colour
• No longer require the product
• Have decided the product is unsuitable for their intended use where the product was correctly described

All orders are considered final once submitted.
