Refund policy

EvoVolt — Refund & Returns Policy

Effective Date: 7 October 2026

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

At EvoVolt, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, ordering the wrong model, incorrect colour/specification, failure to check product dimensions or specifications, or simply deciding that the product is no longer wanted.

Please carefully review the product description, specifications, dimensions, compatibility and intended use before placing your order.

Damaged Products — Report Within 24 Hours

Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

If your product arrives with visible damage, you must contact EvoVolt within 24 hours of delivery.

Your notification must include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name and contact details
  • Clear photographs showing the damage
  • Clear photographs of the packaging, including any external damage
  • Photographs showing the entire product
  • A description of the damage

Where possible, please photograph the product before removing it completely from its packaging.

Failure to report visible transit damage within 24 hours may make it significantly more difficult for EvoVolt to investigate a delivery or transport damage claim.

Do Not Dispose of Packaging

Please retain all original packaging, boxes, protective materials and accessories until your order has been inspected and confirmed to be satisfactory.

EvoVolt may require photographs or inspection of the packaging and product as part of an assessment.

Faulty or Defective Products

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If a product has a problem covered by the Australian Consumer Law, EvoVolt will assess the issue and provide any remedy required by law.

Depending on the nature of the problem, the appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement or refund. ACCC

Consumer guarantees may apply even where a manufacturer's warranty period has expired. ACCC

Damage Caused After Delivery

EvoVolt is not responsible for damage caused after delivery by:

  • Accidents or collisions
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Negligent use
  • Incorrect assembly or installation
  • Modifications or alterations
  • Unauthorised repairs
  • Failure to follow operating instructions
  • Use outside the product's intended purpose
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper storage or maintenance

However, nothing in this section limits any rights available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind

EvoVolt does not provide refunds, exchanges or credits where a customer simply:

  • Changes their mind
  • Finds the product cheaper elsewhere
  • Decides they no longer want the product
  • Orders the wrong product
  • Orders the wrong size or specification
  • Purchases a product that is unsuitable for their intended use when the product was correctly described

Australian Consumer Law does not generally require a business to provide a refund for a genuine change-of-mind purchase. ACCC

Assessment of Claims

EvoVolt reserves the right to assess a reported product issue before determining the appropriate remedy.

Customers may be required to provide photographs, videos, serial numbers, purchase information or other reasonable evidence to assist with the assessment.

Where a product needs to be returned for assessment, EvoVolt will provide appropriate return instructions.
